About

I’m a London-based freelance journalist for hire working in radio, podcasts, television and print.

I’ve worked with ITV, ITN, Monocle and Global National. Before moving to the UK in 2014, I spent 8 years working for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) in Vancouver and Saskatchewan (Canada’s answer to Norfolk) as well as covering the 2012 Olympics for CBC Radio.

Aside from that, I am a pretty decent human being that has one of those coveted blue checkmarks on Twitter. I never back down from a food-based challenge* and I have mixed feelings about brunch. I mean, I love the menu but I can’t justify spending that much money on a rasher of bacon or a poached egg? I am not good at sports but I like to pretend that in Grade 7 I was good a badminton for a month.

But, now I am a storyteller type. Give me a captive audience and a microphone and I am over the moon.

*Unless it involves shellfish. I am allergic to shellfish.
